Cancellation Policy

Bookings are based on 5 Hour rentals. Time selected at booking is for start time of event and the five hours starts at time selected. Bounce house will be set up at least 45 minutes prior to event start time. Due to the large amounts of bookings we receive we deliver by area and may deliver the unit The day prior (does not count against time) Later rentals may also be picked up the next day depending on if the specific unit is booked for the following day or not. IMPORTANT: Reschedules can only happen in case of Bad weather or Emergency. In case of bad weather or emergency you will receive credit and can reschedule at no extra charge. You never loose credit. Specific unit must be available day of reschedule a credit can be used towards any unit or service. You must notify VT Party time at least 24 hours prior of rental and prior to set up. Units can not be set up in winds above 15 mph or Thunderstorms. Final payment must be made within 48 hours of booking unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.  Unit must be placed on Grassy area where it can be easily staked down away from tress and power lines. VT Party Time rents to residential addresses only.
